The holiday shopping season is already here. If you have ignored many of the urges over the past few months, get ready. There are a few things you can do to help reap the benefits of what is to be the most successful year ever for ecommerce.
Among Pamela’s tips, I found some things we are doing well at my company (follow-up emails) and some other things where improvement would be helpful (mobile enhancements, upsell strategy, displaying shipping times, etc.). Where we are falling short, I’ve added items to my task/project list to make sure we remain cognizant of the need for improvement in those areas.
