I have to be honest — when I first saw the headline of this article on the salesforce commerce cloud blog, my first thought was something along the lines of “Okay. Another article on returns.” But its holiday slant convinced me to read it. And then I found the ideas Graeme Grant, CEO of Blueday, shares for turning returns into opportunities to be intriguing.
A return represents a valuable opportunity to not just save the sale, but to impress your shopper (even if they are not the original buyer) and deepen your relationship with them.
